Activity Reward – Terms of Service

Eligibility & Access

• The App is only available to employees of companies who have signed up through our official web portal.
• You must have an active invitation or account linked to a participating company to use the App.
• You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

Overview of Services

The Activity Reward App allows users to:

• Earn XP by syncing step and workout data (via Apple Health on iOS or third-party wearables on Android)
• Redeem XP for gems, which reset weekly
• Use gems to:
  • Enter company and global prize draws
  • Purchase streak savers to maintain streaks earned through daily activity
• Participate in weekly leagues based on XP and streaks
• Complete daily tasks for bonus gems
• View personal stats (XP, steps, streaks, workout history)
• Follow colleagues, like posts, and engage socially
• Submit support tickets and manage their profiles

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.

Data Collection & Privacy

We collect personal and health-related data to provide core functionality (such as steps and workout data). All data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy . By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

Use of Gems

• Gems are virtual points with no monetary value.
• Gems are earned based on XP and reset every Monday at 00:00.
• Gems can be used for:
  • Prize draw ticket entries.
  • Streak savers.
• We reserve the right to adjust gem policies or revoke gem balances if suspicious activity is detected.

Leagues & Draws

• League positions are determined weekly based on XP and streak performance.
• League resets occur every Monday at 00:00.
• Draws may be global (set by us) or company-specific.
• Winners are selected fairly and transparently; decisions are final.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App to gain unauthorized access or benefits.
• Share or sell access to your account.
• Use fraudulent or artificial methods to generate XP or gems.
• Harass or harm other users.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms

Governing Law
